In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, hereinafter referred to as the “L.C.E.N.”, users and visitors, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, to the https:\/\/miniinvasive.clinic\/ website, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, are hereby informed of the present legal notice.
Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present legal notice.
The latter can be accessed on the Site under the heading “Legal Notice”.<\/p>

ARTICLE 1 – PUBLISHER<\/strong>

ARTICLE 2 – HOSTER<\/strong>
The Site’s host is OVH, whose head office is located at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.<\/p>

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE SITE<\/strong>
The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, or where maintenance is required.
The Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site.<\/p>
